THE TEAM
Rick Coop has more than 40 years of experience in Land Acquisition ,operations, cost estimating and sales and marketing with both start-up and growth home building organizations. He started his career in 1982 as a project accountant for Metropolitan Homes and ultimately was promoted to Vice President and Secretary of the Company in 1991.After his 16 year tenure, Rick spent the next 10years with D. R. Horton , the Nations Largest Home Builder as the Los Angeles/Ventura Division President.In 2008 Coop Development got its start buying distressed properties from Banks. Today the Company builds projects in Texas and California.
Keenan Coop joined the development business after completing his College Education. Keenan has been around and a part of the Real Estate Development business most of his life. Keenan is currently managing the 730 Samuels Townhomes project in Uptown Fort Worth, the 15 lots at 7500 Randol Mill Road, Fort Worth and maintaining a 40 acre cattle ranch in Coyote Flats.
